El Museo Nacional de Medicina

El objetivo de este museo es dar a conocer le origen y desarrollo de la medicina Chilena entre distintas área biomédica, estudiantes, investigadores, historiadores, entre otros.
Nació en 1988 de la mano de Enrique Laval y una comitiva de entidades. Posee aproximadamente 2.500 piezas únicas de aparatos, equipos e instrumentos utilizados a través de la historia. También se pueden encontrar obras de artes, muebles, estatuas, 10179 piezas manuscritas y colecciones fotográficas, entre otros. Todos los patrimonios médicos están distribuidos en los salones y presenta una pinacoteca y biblioteca muy completa con todos los archivos, tesis, documentos, libros y archivos fotográficos todos conservados delicadamente

The National Museum of Medicine
