Museo Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna

Su misión es difundir la vida y obra de don Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna y su tiempo.
Fue inaugurado el año 1957 y el año 1998 comenzó un proceso de modernización, astas el 2001 convirtiéndolo en un museo atractivo, didáctico acorde con los tiempos utilizando métodos sutiles y adecuados entre el pasado y el presente de nuestro país. Aparte de esto se realizo una mejora en s infraestructura y la forma de conservación de los recursos históricos, capacitación del personal. Así mismo fue como también se fueron creando sus salsa divididas en la historia de don Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna.
Gracias a toda esta restauración se ha creado un gran interés por visitar el museo. Este gran museo que alberga colección de objetos (pinturas, esculturas, muebles, libros, manuscritos, fotografías, vestimentas, utensilios de uso doméstico, etc.) que pertenecieron a Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna y su familia y una biblioteca especializada en historia de Chile y mundial compuesta por más de 10.000 volúmenes. En definitiva es un museo digno de visitar
